2. Services
JIC provides information, inquiry handling, and enrollment guidance for Japanese language education, teacher training, certification, materials, community, and related services.
An inquiry or interview does not guarantee enrollment, employment, or certification. Formal conditions, fees, schedules, and certification requirements are governed by separate guidance, agreements, invoices, or confirmations.
3. Communication Channels
You may choose LINE, WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, Instagram, email, phone, or another available channel for communication.
Third-party platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Accounts and Learning Systems
After enrollment, you may receive access to Kiwi LMS or related systems. You are responsible for keeping login information secure and must not share it with others.
Unauthorized access, impersonation, unauthorized sharing of materials, and interference with service operations are prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
Rights in this website, courses, materials, videos, documents, logos, software, CRM screens, and other content belong to JIC, Zivmery, or the relevant rights holders.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, publish, adapt into teaching materials, or use content for AI training without prior written permission.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not submit false information, harass others, defame anyone, violate laws, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorized system access, send spam, or use excessive automated access.
If these terms are violated, JIC may suspend or restrict inquiry handling, enrollment, or account access.
7. Disclaimer
JIC works to provide accurate information, but does not guarantee that website information is always complete, current, or suitable for every purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, JIC is not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, communication failures, device environments, or external links.
8. Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute arises, the parties will first try to resolve it through good-faith discussion.
