How JIC Association collects, uses, and protects personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to the JIC Association Tokyo website, teacher training program, LINE Official Account, inquiry forms, Lead CRM, and Kiwi LMS handoff workflows.
Lead CRM, inquiry management, and related software are provided and operated through Zivmery Cloud.
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, country or region, preferred contact channel, LINE ID or messaging app handle, inquiry details, Japanese level, teaching experience, and preferred start timing.
When you add or message our LINE Official Account, we may receive the LINE user ID, display profile information, message content, and event data made available by LINE.
For advertising, analytics, security, and form handling, we may collect cookies, IP address, device information, referral source, UTM parameters, and page activity.
We use information to respond to inquiries, explain the teacher training program, arrange interviews and enrollment steps, hand converted learners to Kiwi LMS, verify identity, provide support, improve services, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
With your consent, or where permitted by law, we may send information about JIC courses, events, materials, and related services.
We may share or process information with Zivmery Cloud, Kiwi LMS, hosting, email, LINE, WhatsApp, Meta, advertising and analytics, payment, and professional service providers where necessary for operations or where required by law.
JIC does not sell personal information.
Information may be processed in Japan, Sri Lanka, and other countries or regions for service delivery, maintenance, and support.
When using service providers outside your country, we apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the data and service.
We keep information for as long as needed for inquiries, contracts, accounting, legal compliance, and service operations, then delete or anonymize it by reasonable means.
We use reasonable safeguards such as access control, encrypted transport, permission management, and activity logging.
You may request access, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your personal information according to applicable law.
